Entering this 32,000 square foot facility, customers are met with an elevated radiused entry ceiling supported by cast in place concrete beams. Additionally, there is a monumental stair that is designed with hollow structural steel stringers extending up to the second floor. The second floor is framed with composite steel framing which transitions to multiple low roof areas and creates the curvature of the exterior walls to provide the architectural façade that is represented as you drive past this corporate branded facility. In addition to the steel and concrete framing, this building was also designed with a concrete masonry elevator shaft and cold formed (light gauge) roof trusses.
